Hi, I’m Jeff Suddaby, chef and host of the cooking show, Who’s Coming for Dinner! From the Kitchen today, we are making pizza dough from left over mashed potatoes. What else would you use them for?
- Using your microwave, take the chill out of the potatoes.
- Stir in egg whites.
- Season with basil, oregano, and salt.
- Mix in flour until the dough can be pinched without sticking to your fingers.
- Spread onto your pizza pan.
- Add sauce and your favourite toppings and bake.
