Hi, I’m Jeff Suddaby, chef and host of the cooking show, Who’s Coming for Dinner! From the Kitchen today, we are making Brushetta, so when you bite, instead of fresh tomatoes and onions landing in your lap – try this.
- Using your blender, add sundried tomatoes, which are packed in oil, fresh garlic, basil and oregano. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto sliced French Stick.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350ºF or until the bread is hot.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
So go ahead and bite, the flavour is wonderful. And I guarantee, it will not end up in your lap.
