Hi, I’m Jeff Suddaby, chef and host of the cooking show, Who’s Coming for Dinner! From the Kitchen today, we are cooking jasmine rice.
Jasmine rice is very flavourful, but when cooked in Coconut Milk you have rice that is unique.
· Use Coconut milk instead of water.
· Add grated ginger and a pinch of salt.
· Cook until the rice has absorbed the milk and serve.
